Roberto Ferrari shined as one of the pink race’s best sprinters, taking fourth with his Bianchi Oltre in the stage-12, 182 km from Castelfidardo to Ravenna (Romagna - Italy), on Thursday, May 19th. Stage winner was British Marc Cavendish (HTC - Highroad).

His team-mate Josè Serpa kept eight overall, while Androni Giocattoli - CIPI team took Super Team ranking’s leadership with 213 points, ahead of Lampre - ISD (206 pts) and Movistar (167 pts).
